This is a tough journey and I hope that my words may allow others living with this illness see that they’re not alone. I’m also using this blog as a tool to process my own feelings and let go of the pain that I carry inside. 8 Survival Tips from a Mother in the Trenches.
Great Schools has asked my friend Dorothy O’Donnell to share a few tips/resources that may help other parents raising a child with a psychiatric and/or learning disorder. In the article she shares 8 essential survival tips—all of which I support.
